Salad with Chicken “Pig” Recipe
I have a recipe for this simple salad for a long time. The salad turns out to be simple, tender, delicious and satisfying! I suggest releasing it as a symbol of the coming year!

  1. Separate the whites from the yolks. Finely chop the chicken breast, cucumber and cabbage. Grate the yolks. Leave part of the chopped cabbage for decoration.
  2. Season the salad with mayonnaise. Add salt. Mix it.
  3. For crackers, pour oil into a preheated frying pan and cut the bread into small cubes (2 slices). Fry the bread until golden brown, stirring constantly. From the remaining bread, make a piglet and ears, lightly brown in a frying pan.
  4. In a round salad bowl, spread the salad and lightly tamp it. Place the salad on a flat plate.
  5. Grate the protein on a fine grater, put it on the salad. Arrange the cabbage and crackers around. Decorate the ears and nose with salad. Olive eyes. Salad, of course, does not have to be decorated as a symbol of the year. It can simply be served in a salad bowl and sprinkled with crackers just before serving.
