  1. Black Chinese wood mushrooms pour boiling water.
  2. Fry the peanuts in a dry pan (do not clean).
  3. Meanwhile, prepare the dressing: with a fork, whisk soy sauce, vegetable oil, crushed (along with seeds) chili pepper and Chinese sauce. This sauce I bought in a Chinese supermarket on the recommendation of a friend. If you don’t find one, I think you can use any seasoning for Chinese dishes. In each cafe, the taste of this salad is different. And this sauce definitely contains balsamic vinegar and coriander. Put peanuts in our dressing for 10-15 minutes.
  4. And cut the vegetables: onions in thin half-rings, chop the cabbage into strips of half a centimeter, tomatoes in half, cucumbers larger. We wash the mushrooms and cut them too.
  5. Fill with dressing, mix and decorate with chips. Today I was too lazy to go to the store-I did my homework. In China, cooks love to add coriander, but my husband can’t stand it.
