Salad with Cranberries and Apple Recipe
Chicken goes well with fruit. I suggest a light salad of chicken breast, apple and cranberries.

Instructions
  1. Lightly chop the chicken breast, put it on a baking sheet. Cover it, press it with your hand.
  2. Fry in a dry frying pan for 4 minutes on each side.
  3. Cut into medium cubes.
  4. Wash the apple and cut it into slices. Put it on the breast.
  5. Peel and slice the onion. Add to the salad.
  6. Add lingonberries. It can be fresh, frozen or soaked.
  7. Season with mayonnaise, mix.
