Instructions
Wash the eggplant and peel it.
Cut into strips.
Cut the tomato and mozzarella at random.
Fry eggplants in vegetable oil. Add soy sauce and a little ground garlic. Fry until tender. Put the eggplant, tomatoes and mozzarella on a plate. If desired, sprinkle with lemon juice.
