Instructions
Cook the green lentils. I use lentils, cook with the addition of 1/2 tsp. sugar to 1 l. water, 20 minutes. Cool down.
Cut the Peking cabbage and onion thinly and rub lightly with salt.
Add the dried tomatoes.
Chop the pepper, add to the salad.
Lay out the lentils.
Pour in the vinegar, oil from the tomatoes, and mix.
Serve chilled.
