Champignon Salad with sun-dried Tomatoes Recipe
I suggest trying a salad of raw champignons with sun-dried tomatoes. The salad turned out to be very tasty.

  1. Cut the champignons into slices and pour over the lemon juice, leave for 20 minutes. Cut the bell pepper into strips, and the onion into half rings. Combine sun-dried tomatoes, mushrooms, onions and peppers. Add chopped herbs, pepper and salt to taste. Season with olive oil.
