  2. Lettuce leaves are well washed and dried with a paper towel. We tear the lettuce leaves with our hands. We put it in a salad bowl. Cut the mozzarella and cherry in half. Dry the bread in the toaster. If there is no toaster, you can dry the bread in a dry pan. Cut a piece of dried bread into small cubes.
  3. Put the cherry tomatoes and mozzarella in a salad bowl along with the lettuce leaves. Sprinkle with Provencal herbs. I added a pinch of seasoning. Prepare the salad dressing. Pour the olive oil into a cup.
  4. Add soy sauce to the oil.
  5. Connect well. Add the Dijon mustard and stir. We fill the salad. Our salad is ready.
