  1. Cook the potatoes “in uniform”, cool, peel. Chicken fillet can be used boiled or baked, at your choice.
  2. Cut the finished chicken fillet and potatoes into pieces. Grate the cheese, add pineapple slices (cut if necessary).
  3. For dressing, mix sour cream, mustard, soy sauce. You can also season it with mayonnaise, but I like this sauce.
  4. Season the salad, mix.
