  1. Peel the green radish and cut into thin strips. Put it in a bowl, cover with cold water and leave for 2 hours to remove the bitterness. Then drain the water and squeeze the radish well.
  2. I chopped the onion using a food processor.
  3. Add the flour to the chopped onion and mix well. Fry the prepared onion in a preheated frying pan with vegetable oil. Put the finished onion on a paper napkin to absorb excess fat.
  4. Grate the carrots on a Korean carrot grater or simply cut into strips.
  5. Cut the boiled beef into strips. Finely chop the dill greens. Chop the eggs.
  6. In a bowl, mix the prepared radishes, carrots, eggs, dill, beef. Salt.
  7. Add sour cream and mix the salad thoroughly.
  8. Put the salad on a serving dish in the form of a slide. Place the fried onion on top. Garnish with herbs and pomegranate seeds.
