Wash radish and cut.
Proteins are separated from the yolks and cut into strips.
Instead of mayonnaise, I make egg dressing. To do this, knead the egg yolk, add vegetable oil, lemon juice, salt and add spices.
Sometimes, instead of vegetable oil, I add low-fat yogurt. And sometimes fill with this dressing and side salads.
To combine the radishes, a protein, sliced green onions and dressing.
It may seem that it is very thick. But stir and let stand in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.
