Grate the carrots in a bowl using a Korean grater. You can of course on a conventional grate, so aesthetically pleasing.
Cut into thin julienne cucumber and radishes, add them to the carrots.
Finely chop the onion, dill and mint. Add sour cream to the salad, add salt and pepper. If mint does not like, can do without it, but as usual, the salad will, and mint gives it a certain flair.Thoroughly mix all the ingredients and serve the salad to the table.
