Salad with Carrots, Radish and Cucumber Recipe
A wonderful spring salad that will diversify your menu. Can complement any garnish or meat dishes, good for kebabs. Like not found this on the site, so I share.

  1. Grate the carrots in a bowl using a Korean grater. You can of course on a conventional grate, so aesthetically pleasing.
