Boil a piece of salmon (I have chum salmon) in salted water with a little lemon juice and salt. Cool and mash it with a fork, removing all the bones.
Finely chop the tomato.
Grate the smoked sausage cheese on a grater (it will give the salad a smoked flavor).
Finely chop the lettuce leaves.
For an easy dressing, mix two types of mustard (regular and grainy) with lemon juice, soy sauce and butter.
If you want a thicker dressing, use mayonnaise instead of butter.
Spread the salad in layers, watering each layer with dressing to your liking. Finely chop the egg and sprinkle with lettuce on top or cut into slices (like mine).
