A very pleasant and light salad, in my opinion, healthy, and also beautiful. I called it that because I actually cook it with crabs more often, but today I offer shrimp.
That’s the whole list of components.
Peel the apple and avocado, cut not very finely to feel the beauty of each product in the salad separately.
Pour lemon juice over them so that they are delicious and not darkened.
Cut the shrimp into 3 pieces, especially into 4 large ones,
chop the onion very finely and mix it all carefully.
Mix mayonnaise with mustard, and then season the salad.
I found a red, juicy bell pepper and added a quarter of it to the salad, slicing it as finely as the onion. For me, of course, the taste has changed, but it’s not like that!
So add pepper, celery to your taste, and try!
