Salad with Variegated Lentils Recipe
Thanks to its nutty taste, lentils fit perfectly into this simple, but nevertheless delicious salad. A very simple dish.

  1. Rinse the lentils and boil for 20-25 minutes. In parallel, boil the mushrooms.
  2. We boil squid in any convenient way. Cool and cut into strips. Add chopped green onions and lentils.
  3. Add mushrooms to the salad (they should be “squeezed out” a little, thus removing excess liquid), chopped walnuts and chopped parsley.
  4. Mix sour cream with garlic, grated on a fine grater, and melted cheese. Mix thoroughly and season the salad.
