Salmon, Shrimp and Avocado Salad Recipe
A pleasant-tasting salad, very simple and easy to prepare. Light salad.

  1. Peel the avocado, remove the stone, cut the pulp into cubes and sprinkle with lemon juice.
  2. Cut the salmon fillet and bell pepper into cubes.
  3. Boil the shrimp in salted water for 5 minutes, cool and peel. I used canned shrimp.
  4. Mix the fish with the shrimps, bell pepper and avocado, season to taste with salt and pepper, and drizzle with olive oil.
  5. Arrange the salad on serving plates, add a little sour cream to each serving and garnish with caviar.
