  1. You need to take a large and juicy orange. Steam the raisins in boiling water. Onions in the salad can not be put at all. I took quite a bit of red onion and cut it into thin slices.
  2. The orange should be cleaned, and the slices should be freed from the white film. We do this on top of the dishes so that the orange juice does not spread. Disassemble the slices with your fingers into arbitrary pieces.
  3. You need to take a large salad bowl in which it will be convenient to combine all the ingredients. We spread the cabbage without brine. Add the orange slices along with the juice, raisins. Steamed raisins should be thrown on a sieve to drain the liquid before putting it in a salad bowl. If desired, add the onion. Season with sunflower oil and sugar to taste. You can take any oil you like! We put everything together.
