  1. Chop lettuce leaves and spinach coarsely.
  2. Cut the tomatoes in half. Put it on the leaves.
  3. Drain the brine from the “sea cocktail”. Add to the salad.
  4. Pink sauce: Mix sour cream, ketchup and soy sauce.
  5. Pour the sauce over the salad. Sprinkle grated cheese on top.
