  1. Boil hard-boiled eggs, cool, peel, cut into two parts, remove the yolks.
  2. Grate the melted cheese and add the yolks.
  3. Add chopped green onions.
  4. Add sprats (add butter from the jar) and mix/mash with a fork.
  5. Season with black pepper to taste, add mayonnaise.
  6. Stir until smooth. Try the filling and add salt to your taste, I did not add salt. Carefully fill the egg cups with the filling, sprinkle with herbs and serve!
  7. Ready!
