  1. Wash the cucumbers, cut them in half lengthwise and remove the seeds with a spoon.
  2. From the side, with a large knife or a wooden hammer, it is good to beat off cucumbers — so that they crack with a crunch. This technique will allow cucumbers to marinate in a few minutes.
  3. Cucumbers should be cut into small pieces. Put the cucumbers in a bowl, add salt, add vinegar, mix thoroughly and let stand for fifteen to twenty minutes — this will be enough to marinate the cucumbers well.
  4. While the cucumbers are marinating, finely chop the garlic.
  5. After a while, cucumbers should be removed from the marinade and squeezed. Add garlic and soy sauce, stir. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
