A wonderful combination of radishes and carrots, seasoned with sour cream with garlic and salt. Added more olives. But it's not necessary, I just had them. I served this appetizer on Borodino dried bread. A toast complemented the poached egg. You can just boil cool eggs and cut into quarters. Can be an snack served as a salad. Do not need a lot of it, you need to do as much as you eat. It's radish season!
