Soup “Sunny” Recipe
The last days of the outgoing autumn. Damp, gloomy… Colors lose their brightness. As well as the desire to keep the remnants of heat, I wanted to cook a bright soup. I remembered the song about everything orange.

Ingredients

Broth

Garlic
Instructions
In a saucepan, fry the onion and bacon in oil until golden brown.
Add cumin and cook for 1-2 minutes.
Add diced carrots and pumpkin to the same place. Stir and fry.
Pour the entire contents of the broth, adding all the seasonings and lentils. Cover and simmer until tender.
To serve this soup to the table, prepare cheese croutons. And yet, I think garlic is perfect here.
