Instructions
Cook the turkey broth. Wash the carrots, peel them, cut them into slices, add to the broth and cook until the carrots are half cooked.
Cut the finished turkey meat into pieces, put it in a saucepan with broth, add any small pasta and cook until the pasta is almost ready.
At the very end of cooking, add the peas, let the soup boil, turn off the heat.
Boil the quail eggs, quickly pour cold water so that they are well cleaned.
Pour the soup on plates, add the quail egg and serve.
