  1. Add 2 tbsp sugar, soft butter and grated tangerine zest to the flour ( on a fine grater). Hands all grind into a small crumb.
  2. Put the crumbs in a baking dish (24 cm). Meanwhile, make the filling: beat the sour cream, sugar, 2 tbsp flour and vanilla with a mixer.
  3. Use your hands to press the crumb directly into the mold, forming small sides. Peel the kiwi and cut it into thin slices. Peel and peel the tangerine.
  4. Pour the sour cream filling on the dough and put the fruit on top.
  5. Send the pie to the oven at 180 g for 30-40 minutes.
