Mix sugar, vanilla, a pinch of salt, egg, yolk, mix thoroughly.
Add vegetable oil, mix until smooth.
We pour one cup of flour and baking powder each.
Gradually add flour to the dough until the dough looks like soft, elastic plasticine - when pressed, a dent should remain. You may need less flour than indicated - the main thing is to achieve the desired consistency. Knead the dough on a floured table.
Roll out the dough into a layer 3-4 mm thick, put it in a form greased with butter, prick with a fork.
PS. pull the dough onto a rolling pin and transfer, the dough may break if you move it only with your hands.
Beat sugar, sour cream, egg + protein well.
Pour the berries into the dough blank, smooth it out and fill everything with the filling.
Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 25 minutes.
