Vegetable oil
Green Onion

Instructions
Wash the spinach, dry it and chop it coarsely. To get sauerkraut from a jar, it is enough to take 3 tablespoons.
Put the chopped spinach on a platter, and sauerkraut on it. Season with vegetable oil (1-2 tbsp. l.) and add finely chopped green onions.
