Spinach Salad Fruit and Berry Recipe
Salad "composed" by inspiration on the basis of the classic basic combination "spinach-Apple-walnut", it turned out delicious! Very Neskuchny and light salad
Instructions
  1. Spinach stalks are cut into random pieces with a length of approx. 5 mm, leaves can be torn by hands (if using). Cut the Apple into a small cube (with or without the skin-at your discretion). I usually break nuts with my hands into 5 mm pieces. If desired, they can be baked in a dry pan-get a new taste. Dressed the salad with vinegar (natural Apple cider, wine will work, but you can with balsamic vinegar to taste) and olive oil. Little salt. Already delicious! And now fruit and berry: using a blender, puree the berries with the addition of honey. I had cranberries, gooseberries (frozen) and lime honey. Add 1 tbsp of each ground berry per serving - you do not need to mix, this will happen already in the process of eating the salad, - plus I also added soft European mustard with seeds - it is very interesting to combine with gooseberries.
