  1. Grind the thoroughly washed spinach in a blender so that the mass is homogeneous, add a little milk to the spinach when grinding.
  2. Knead the dough for pancakes. Beat the eggs with a mixer with salt and sugar. Then add the milk and spinach, then gradually pour in the sifted flour. Beat with a mixer until a fluffy homogeneous mass is formed, without lumps. At the end, add sunflower oil and whisk a little more. The dough is ready. Leave him alone for 20 minutes.
  3. Fry the pancakes in a lightly oiled frying pan for a minute on each side (I lubricate with olive oil.), do not overcook, otherwise the pancakes will lose their tenderness and softness. It turns out such a bright and beautiful pancake.
  4. The final stage is to start the pancakes. Brush each pancake with mayonnaise with crushed garlic, spread the fish and melted cheese. Roll into a roll, cut into pieces.
  5. Ready!
