Stew with wild Rice and Vegetables Recipe
Wild rice contains copper, calcium, iodine, iron, amino acids – lysine, methionine, and threonine, folic acid. In addition, it contains a large amount of protein, so its use in food gives strength to the muscles.

  1. In boiling water, pour wild rice ( 1 Cup of rice – 3 cups of water), cook over low heat under the lid for 30 minutes, salt at the end of cooking.
  2. Corn can be taken canned, and you can cook yourself, I did it on the “steam” in the slow cooker, cooking time 40 minutes. Then cool and cut the grain.
  3. My beans are frozen. I also cooked it in a multi-cooker on the “steam” mode – 10 minutes on a steam container.
  4. Finely chop the onion. Pepper and dried tomatoes cut into strips, and cherry in half.
  5. In a saucepan, heat the olive oil and fry in it until soft finely chopped onions, peppers, cherry, dried tomatoes, beans for 5 minutes over medium heat, stirring. Then add Basil, ground red pepper, salt and cook for another 5 minutes.
  6. Add the cooked rice and simmer for another 5 minutes.
  7. All mix, add chopped parsley, and can be sue.
