Boil the rice according to the instructions on the package.
Cool, add egg, salt, pepper, mix.
Heat oven to 180C. Lay the baking sheet with parchment, put the rice, forming cakes, and bake for about 10-15 minutes. Focus on your oven.
Onions cut into half rings, carrots and peppers into strips, peel the tomato, cut into small slices. Crush the garlic. In a frying pan, heat the oil, fry the onion and garlic until transparent. Then add carrot and pepper and fry a little more. I like my vegetables a little crispy.
Then add the tomato, fry for a minute and add the peeled shrimp. Bring to taste, salt, pepper, add soy sauce and balsamic vinegar. Then a stew of minutes and remove from heat.
On each galettes place the vegetables with the shrimp and garnish with green onions.
