Strawberry Pie Recipe
I wanted to bake a strawberry pie, but with cottage cheese and, most importantly, ready in a few moments, not counting the cooking time in the oven. The result was an unusual and very delicious cake!

Instructions
Cut the strawberries into pieces.
In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder and sugar.
Add the egg.
Milk and melted butter. Stir to mix the dry ingredients with the wet ones, there is nothing to beat!
Add cottage cheese.
You can take any cookie, I had an anniversary one, it needs to be broken into pieces (put in a bag and beat off with a rolling pin). Add to the dough.
Stir for no more than 1-2 minutes, the dough will turn out thick.
Gently mix with strawberries.
I baked in a round shape with a tube, a shape with a diameter of 22 cm or any other will do. It should be oiled and sprinkled with flour.
Bake in a preheated oven to 180 degrees, about 55 minutes, focus on your oven, you may need more or less time.
