  1. Peel the eggs and cut them into halves. Carefully remove the yolks and grind in a deep bowl.
  2. Cut the ham into small cubes. Add to the egg yolks in a bowl.
  3. Finely chop the onion, pour it into a bowl. Add the mayonnaise. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater and send it to the mass. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Mix well and fill the protein halves.
  5. Red and yellow pepper cut into small cubes and sprinkle on top of the eggs, slightly pressing.
