Instructions
Wash the cucumber, dry it and cut it into thin circles.
Wash the radish and cut into thin slices.
Wash the green onions, dry them and chop them finely.
Wash the lettuce leaves, dry them and put them on a platter.
Put the radish, cucumber and green onion on the lettuce leaves. Cut the mozzarella into slices and put it on the vegetables.
Prepare the dressing – mix olive oil, soy sauce Kikkoman, add a pinch of chili pepper and oregano. The whip.
Pour the dressing over the salad.
