Sweet Pepper Salad with pickled Cucumber Recipe

  1. Salad for 2 servings we will need the fruits of sweet pepper (in my case it is pink), 2 small pickled or lightly salted cucumbers, 1 onion (I prefer salad, it is less corrosive), any greens to taste (dill is best, but I only have parsley), salt, sugar and butter for fillings.
  2. Pepper cut into thin strips.
  3. Grate cucumbers on a grater.
  4. Finely chop the onion.
  5. Chop the greens.
  6. Mix everything, add salt to taste, sugar and season with any vegetable oil, at your discretion. I liked it the most with ordinary refined sunflower oil.
