The New Year’s table rarely goes without a salad “Herring under a fur coat”. I want to offer another version of this dish.

  1. Boiled vegetables.
  2. Boiled eggs.
  3. Peel the cooked vegetables.
  4. Chop them in a food processor.
  5. Finely chopped leek.
  6. Cut half of the herring into cubes.
  7. Mix the vegetables, herring, onion and mayonnaise, add a little salt.
  8. I filled the tartlets with salad.
  9. Cut the eggs into slices, cut the remaining leeks into rings, herring into large pieces.
  10. I put herring, eggs and onion rings on tartlets with salad.
