Karkade tea has excellent refreshing properties due to the citric acid contained in it, which makes it an indispensable drink in hot, stuffy weather. After making this tea, you will need to drink a lot of water. Happy summer days.
Put the hibiscus in a bowl with cold water, bring to a boil, add sugar, remove from heat, insist and cool.
For filtering.
Pour into a blender, add lemons. I take lime, but the taste of any other citrus will be no worse.
Scroll well.
Strain the drink again, pour into a decanter and refrigerate until serving.
Just before serving, I scroll again to get a thick foam.
