Ingredients
  • 1teaspoon RosemaryI have fresh, 15-20 leaves
  • 1teaspoon MintI have dried
  • 1teaspoon ThymeI have dried
  • 1teaspoon Black tea
  • 500milliliters Waterboiling water
  • Honeyfor serving, to taste
Instructions
  1. It’s very simple. Prepare herbs and tea and put the kettle on the fire.
  2. Pour the dry ingredients into the kettle. Then you can decide what to do: who likes tea stronger – you can put some more black tea. If you overdo it with rosemary, you will feel only its taste and aroma. I chose the optimal ratio (experimented). First, a note of rosemary opens, then a note of mint appears and at the end – a note of thyme. Start with these proportions, and then choose according to your taste…
  3. Pour boiling water over the greens. Insist for 5-10 minutes, pour into cups and invite friends home for winter tea. What surprised me about this combination is that tea is easy to drink without sugar and without honey. Self-sufficient and interesting taste.
