Cut broccoli into inflorescences, put on minced fish. Take a larger baking dish, fill it with 2/3 water and put it in a mold with minced fish and vegetables. Cook the terrine in a water bath on the middle shelf of the oven at 175 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
Before serving, put the terrine from the mold on a platter and, cut into squares, decorate. Terrine can be served as a cold appetizer or as a main hot dish. Enjoy your meal!
