Lately I’ve grown very fond of beef… therefore, my frequent culinary experiments are connected with this type of meat… I’m treating you to a very tasty salad!

  1. We will prepare the necessary ingredients for the salad.
  2. We send our beef steak to a well-heated frying pan with olive oil and fry for 3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  3. Transfer the meat to a separate plate and cover with foil. Leave for 10 minutes, the meat should rest!
  4. Pour soy sauce into a hot frying pan where the meat has just been fried and leave the juices from the meat to “make friends” with soy sauce!
  5. Meanwhile, we cook our vegetables: radishes and cucumbers are cut into half rings, celery stalk with thin plates, onion-feathers! Rinse the onion under a stream of cold water and put all the vegetables to the salad mixture on a serving plate. Mix everything thoroughly and sprinkle with lemon juice!
  6. Cut the remaining meat into thin strips.
  7. We send it in soy sauce with juice to a frying pan and soak it well, leaving it in a warm frying pan for another 2-3 minutes. Carefully put the warm pieces of meat on the salad and vegetable mixture, sprinkle with fried sesame seeds and pour the remaining sauce over the pan! Our salad is ready! Serve immediately to the table!
