  1. Open the jar and put its contents in a colander to drain the excess liquid. Canned food is more expensive with almost no liquid. We put the cabbage in a salad bowl. I grated the beets with a Korean grater. We send it to the cabbage.
  2. We cut out the middle of the apple and cut it into arbitrarily small pieces., send it to the salad bowl. So that it does not darken, I immediately put pickled red onions in wine vinegar on it.
  3. Season with mayonnaise. I have a homemade mayonnaise, the recipe of which I have been using for a long time. It’s softer than a store-bought one. I’ll give you the link below. Pepper with red hot pepper. Use your favorite pepper. Mix everything together. In principle, the salad is already ready!
  4. Add the capers. They are of course for an amateur and you can not put them. The salad is delicious without them.
  5. We serve. We put it on a plate and sprinkle with sesame seeds. I’ll get myself some more capers.
