This dough is perfect for pizza and calzone. It can also be frozen – the quality will not suffer from this. This dough is enough for 2 pizzas.

  1. In warm milk, dissolve sugar and yeast and let stand for 10 minutes. If you do in a bread maker: Sift the flour, pour in the milk with yeast, butter, salt and put on the “Pizza” mode (two 10-minute kneading, alternating with two 10-minute rises) If you are manually: Sift salt with flour, add the liquid mixture, pour in the oil at the end. Knead for 5 minutes until a homogeneous dough is obtained. Lubricate the container with oil for lifting, roll the dough into a ball and put it in a container in a warm place for half an hour. Cover the container with a film. Divide the finished dough in half and roll out with your hands into 2 thin circles (you can roll out).
  2. Put the filling on the dough (the filling should be completely ready, not raw).
  3. Preheat the oven to 250-270 °C – the higher the temperature, the more crispy the base will be. Preheat the frying pan as well. Remove the baking sheet, brush with olive oil (so that the bottom crunches after baking). Put the semi-finished pizza on a baking sheet, turn on the fan (if any) in the oven. Bake until the sides are golden brown or as you like. It took me 15 minutes.
