Instructions
- The dough came up and increased in size. Remove it from the dish and knead. Working with your hands, form a thin cake. The dough is very elastic and stretches well. I took the form of D-30 cm. Stretched the cake across the plane of the circle. If the dough sticks to your hands a little, you can grease it with oil. Spread the sauce on the dough and smear the entire surface with it, using again a silicone spatula (it is very convenient to work!).
