Form a ball of dough, shift in an enamel bowl and put in a warm place. I always warm the oven. The ideal temperature is 50 C. Cover the dishes with a towel and let the dough stand for 30-35 minutes.
While the dough is, prepare products for the filling and sauce. Shrimp placed in a bowl and poured boiling water.
Do tomato sauce, if in house there is no sauce maker for pizza. You can have the tomato paste, I got the sauce . Added to it finely chopped garlic and oregano. Connected.

The dough came up and increased in size. Remove it from the dish and knead. Working with your hands, form a thin cake. The dough is very elastic and stretches well. I took the form of D-30 cm. Stretched the cake across the plane of the circle. If the dough sticks to your hands a little, you can grease it with oil. Spread the sauce on the dough and smear the entire surface with it, using again a silicone spatula (it is very convenient to work!).
On the sauce put the balls of mozzarella, cut in half and between them - shrimps peeled and dried with a paper towel. Olives, too, cut in half and laid, too, across the surface. Sprinkle with dry Basil, if not fresh.
Top sprinkle with Parmesan cheese pizza. Put in a preheated oven at maximum temperature for 7-10 minutes. Be guided by your oven.
