I suggest another version of pizza! Dough with spinach, white cream sauce and shrimp - an interesting and harmonious combination! A juicy pineapple fits perfectly into the overall picture) this pizza is for those who love lush soft dough, crispy crust and juicy filling! Original for a festive table! Try it !
For the dough, activate the yeast. In warm water, add sugar and yeast-leave for 10-15 minutes until the formation of a foam cap.
Then add salt and vegetable oil to the sourdough and mix. Add the chopped spinach ( I have frozen), and gradually introduce the sifted flour. Knead the soft dough, slightly sticky to the hands . Put it in a greased container, cover with cling film and heat for an hour. The dough will rise well.
Meanwhile, prepare the sauce. In a frying pan, melt a piece of butter, add the flour, and stirring to achieve uniformity. Then, without stopping to stir , enter the cream. Boil everything until thick. To taste, add spices and crushed garlic clove. The sauce can be covered with cling film in contact, so as not to wind up.
Preparing the filling. I boiled the prawns in salted water and cleaned them. Pineapple cut into cubes. Cherry tomatoes cut in half, well, grated cheese on a large grater (very good here Suluguni)
The dough is very lush, and sticks to your hands . A little knead it. Dusting with flour, roll out the dough, 5-7 mm thick. If you like thin pizza dough, then roll out to a smaller thickness.
Next, a layer of already cooled sauce, and peeled shrimp.
Pineapples and cherry tomatoes.
The final step-sprinkle with grated cheese , and put in a preheated 200 degree oven for 20-25 minutes.
The finished pizza turns out to be fragrant, juicy and delicious!
