Wash, peel the zucchini, grate on a fine grater. Squeeze out excess liquid.
Add the egg, sour cream and salt to the zucchini and mix thoroughly.
Gradually add the flour and stir.
Mix so that there are no lumps.
Prepare the filling. Cut the mozzarella, tomato, and sausage into thin slices. Finely chop the Basil and garlic.
Put the zucchini dough on a heated pan greased with sunflower oil. Fry on one side for 10 minutes until browned. Turn over using a tray (metal) or a second frying pan. On the second side, fry for 10 minutes. During this time, quickly lay out the filling in layers in the following sequence.
Lay out the filling in layers. First, Basil and garlic.
Then spread out the tomato slices.
Put the sausage slices on them.
Top with the mozzarella slices.
Fry for 10 minutes until the zucchini base is browned. Carefully place on a large platter.
