  1. Peel the onion and cut it into half rings. Heat the vegetable oil in a deep frying pan. Fry the onion until golden brown.
  2. Now add tomato paste and mashed canned tomatoes to the fried onion. Add salt and chili pepper to taste. Mix everything together.
  3. As soon as the stewed onion with tomato paste and tomato puree boils, add the red beans.
  4. Simmer for another 15-20 minutes.
  5. Boil the beef and remove it from the broth.
  6. Put a pot of broth on the fire. Transfer the contents of the pan to the boiling broth (stewed onions with tomato paste, mashed tomatoes and red beans). Bring to a boil.
  7. The soup should be thick and rich.
  8. When everything is ready, add chopped greens (green onions, dill, cilantro) to the tomato soup with red beans. Enjoy your meal!
