  1. Bacon, onion, carrot, garlic are cut quite finely.
  2. Fry the bacon without oil for 10 minutes. Add the rice and cook for another 5 minutes.
  3. Meanwhile, chop the tomatoes into puree and bring to a boil. Add salt, pepper, turmeric.
  4. We transfer the rice and bacon to the tomatoes. Now you need to add onions, carrots, garlic. Cook for 5-7 minutes.
  5. Add broccoli inflorescences and green peas (pre-thawed). Cook for another 7 minutes. Cover with a lid, remove from the stove. Let it brew and cool a little.
  6. The soup is ready.
