Ingredients

Tomato
500 g + cherry

Peppers red hot chilli

cloves
Garlic

tablespoon
Olive oil
Salt
to taste
Black pepper
to taste
Instructions
Fry garlic petals and hot pepper in olive oil.
Wash the tomatoes, cut into pieces. Add to the pepper and garlic.
Add salt, season with ground pepper, add cherries.
Simmer over medium heat until thickened, it will take 10-12 minutes.
Appetizer – the sauce is ready.
