Towers of Vegetables with scrambled Eggs Recipe
I offer a recipe for a vegetable snack of zucchini, tomatoes and pepper, which turns out very tasty, tender and juicy. Very tasty snack.

  1. Wash the pepper, remove the seeds, stuff it with cottage cheese and put it in the refrigerator.
  2. Wash the tomatoes, cut them into rings, and remove the pulp.
  3. Wash the greens (I have dill and green onions) and finely chop them. Combine with eggs (2 pieces) and salt (1/4 tsp). Beat well.
  4. In a preheated frying pan, greased with olive oil (2 tbsp. l.), put the tomato rings, pour the beaten eggs with herbs into them, fry on both sides.
  5. Wash the zucchini, peel it, and cut it into slices. Unsuitable in size for future turrets to postpone. Roll the rest in flour (2 tbsp.), mixed with salt (1/4 tsp.)
  6. Fry in a frying pan, greased with olive oil (2 tbsp), on both sides until golden brown.
  7. Put aside zucchini cut into small cubes, combine with the pulp of the tomato.
  8. Add the egg, salt (1/4 tsp) and flour (2 tbsp). Mix well.
  9. From the resulting mass, fry small pancakes in olive oil (2 tbsp.).
  10. Next, we collect the turrets. The zucchini first, then tomatoes with scrambled eggs, pancakes, zucchini and sliced stuffed peppers.
