Instructions
It’s very simple. Put the molding ring on a plate. Spread the thinly sliced trout on the sides of the ring in the molding ring.
Cut the trout, avocado, orange into cubes, add the shrimp and arugula.
Preparing the dressing. Mix soy sauce with honey, mustard and lemon juice and mix thoroughly. Add olive oil. The gas station is ready.
