Turkey fillet, cabbage, cottage cheese, onion should be passed through a meat grinder.
The cheese in the finished cutlets is completely invisible, but it “binds” the meat.
Add salt and ground black pepper. Knead the minced meat thoroughly, then put it in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
Form cutlets, fry in vegetable oil. Usually I fry like this: first on one side, turn it over, reduce the heat and close the lid.
This time I fried some of the cutlets in breadcrumbs, some without.
