In cutlets, as a rule, always add onions for juiciness. But sometimes it happens that for some reason a person can not bow. Chopped cauliflower is added to these cutlets. Cutlets are juicy, tender and delicious. And it's good for dieting.
Cut the cauliflower at random and chop it together with the parsley in a processor (or through a meat grinder) into small crumbs.
Add the chopped cabbage to the minced meat, season with salt and pepper. Add the semolina, egg, knead the minced meat well with your hands and send it to the refrigerator for 1-2 hours so that the semolina swells.Semolina is semolina made from durum wheat. Brush each cutlet lightly with vegetable oil
Grill for 5-7 minutes on each side.
